He also has very poor feedback on Bimmerforums. He goes by a slightly different username but still very similar. I recognized his username easily between the two forums. His for sale ads are all over the e30 classifieds, with other members complaining in his threads.

Well he has visited the forum several times today and not yet replied so I wouldn't hold your breath.

Similar thing happen to me with a "Mint" condition HVAC panel and when I got it, it was cracked.
I returned the item to him, on my dime and he never refunded me.
