    Injected97GT

I bought an e28 gauge cluster from him. Delighted to say the least...
He disclosed every issue of the item to the best of his ability. He even offered some sort of return/refund policy! But, I'm glad I didn't get the chance to use it.

Prompt shipment and well packaged item (excessive bubble wrap). Communication during the transaction was immediate.

Would not hesitate to deal with Injected97GT again!

Thanks for the kind words. I had a crap ton of bubble wrap left from having some paint guns shipped to me, otherwise you would have gotten a normal amount of bubble wrap and a ton of random soft things :P

      5 Speed Swap

Purchased a complete 5 speed swap on July 26. See add http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=256013
The parts were shipped on August first and arrived at my house on August 7.
Once the package was open, most of the parts for the 5 speed swaps were missing and transmission was found damaged.

Same day I filed a UPS complaint and part was picked up for inspection.
August 10 case was closed and transmission sent back to seller.
UPS told the seller that transmission was not properly packed and case was denied.
So far everything was handled fast. The seller was great and the service was great.
Since UPS messed it up, I felt bad for the seller and agreed to eat the lost of the parts as long as transmission was gone get fixed at seller's cost.

The transmission was already at the seller location on August 10.
Multiple emails were sent to the seller asking status on the trans.
On September 4 the seller was finally able to sent me the transmission back.

September 10, the transmission arrived at my front door.
Previous damage was fixed. But once again something else was found damaged on the trans.

Another UPS claim was filed. Angry I asked UPS to perform a on site inspection. September 13 a on the phone inspection was made. UPS informed me that they had to talk to the seller and get more information in order to close the case.

Multiple emails were sent to the seller since September 13.
To this day November 5, UPS was not able to reach the seller, I sent the seller the case number and all the information to contact me and to close this case all that without success.

I've been kind and patient. I stayed polite during the entire process. It's been now way over 3 months since I originally purchased the 5 speed swap.
I didn't want the seller money, I submitted 2 cases against UPS to prove it. All I wanted was the seller to call me or UPS and close that one last case.
At this point, I don't even care if I see any money from this business transaction. To me that money is already gone.
I took most of the lost at this point and don't want this to happen to somebody else.

I wish things would went better, I will no longer order or ship anything big and will rather pick it up locally.
I am just sad that things had to reach this level.
