I blew a head gasket back in January and Kalim (Cyberkaa) had already begun to rebuild another stock M20 motor for me. I had the head redone at a friend's shop in socal and Cyberkaa rebuilt the bottom end for me and put the two together for me.
I had my car towed to Eric (Cabriolet) where he and his father spent the weekend to do the swap along with cleaning out all the mess that was left as a result of a blown head gasket. I was surprised how quickly they were able to do the swap w/out sacrificing the quality of the work. Everything was done in detail w/out any shortcuts.
Both of them are highly knowledeable when it comes to E30s and I completely trust their work and recommend both of them if you ever need to get any work done. I was amazed at how much detail they put into their work and I am completely satisfied. The motor pulls strong again and ready to see some track days after taking a hiatus for almost half a year. I'll post more pictures after I get another photoshoot from my friend. It's good to be back in the E30 again
