I need to post about my purchase experience with Rich. I bought an M50 manifold and TB from him. Great communication throughout the process, and tracking info was provided promptly.
The co-worker who brought it to me gave me the "uh-oh" face as he handed over the box - there was something rattling around loose inside. I opened it up to discover that at some point in transit, the nub where the brake booster vacuum line attaches had snapped off. As many folks surely know, this effectively renders the manifold useless because that's not a piece that can be glued back into place - at least not with any expectation of a permanent repair.
I provided pics that I took right after opening the box. He responded quickly and we easily came to an amicable agreement, which ended up being a refund of most of the purchase price. Rich proved he is definitely one of the good guys, and I will not hesitate to purchase from him again should that opportunity present itself.
