No, you can't. This is why gift payments should only be used between trusted and known people or real life friends.

Right there^ I have built amazing feedback and 95% of all my transactions on here from members pay in gift form.

That fee is there to cover your ass from someone like this. Check here for all feedback before ever buying something from a member. Saved my ass 4 times now from slow shipping flaky people. Says alot about them from how they handle business.

What model guibo do you need? I have a few laying around you can have for shipping cost. hope everything works out.

were the funds credited via debit/credit card, or from a bank transfer? if so, then you're still covered under your bank/card issuer; just will have to file a claim separately through them.
