FWIW, UPS DID screw up my shipment from BMA a few weeks ago. Get this and it's very very similar to what happened to you Jordan:

Patrick ships my clutch kit out on Saturday, Feb. 11. It arrives in Jackson, MS on Feb. 15, which is about 1.5hrs from me. So, I like Jordan, think I'll definitely get it tomorrow. Wrong. Guess where it goes....yep, Mesquite, TX. I used the tracking number provided by Patrick and in comments it states that the pkg was rescheduled at the request of the receiver. Bullshit. I never did any such thing.

Well, after it arrives in Mesquite, it spends the night, then departs on the 17th of Feb. for....Laurel? Jackson? NOPE. Jacksonville, FL. Yeah, I know it sounds insane, but it's true. Then after leaving FL, UPS was kind enough to deliver my package to me on Monday, Feb. 22. Of course I called and lodged a complaint, but it does no good whatsoever. I mean, Patrick refunded my shipping costs, but that didn't help me get my clutch installed.

Point: UPS SUCKS BALLS!!!!!! I am not so sure that in your case Jordan, that UPS wasn't to blame.

Like I said.. the intial mistake was that of Edge Racing, with the mixed address. The subsequent 50 routing mistakes have been ALL UPS.

Talked on the phone with ER twice today, and UPS also twice.

Still no tires. They have been in transit for 10 days....

ER still useless.
UPS still unable to reroute the packages to the proper address.

UPS is still making attempts at delivering to my old appartment in Austin.

ER is getting pretty tired of me calling.

UPS still cannot do jack shit. I just ask for managers now, and even they can't seem to sucessfully change the address.

Both UPS and ER are just telling me all I can do is "wait"

In transit 14 days now.

Well UPS made 2nd attempts to my Austin appartment today on both packages. They make one more attempt to this address (tomorrow) before they get returned to the shipper.

UPS still cannot explain why the NUMEROUS changes of address have not redirected the package, as the change is supposed to be immediate.

Edge Racing is still completely useless, they have not returned any of the calls they promised they would, and have yet to offer a damn bit of compensation for thier monumental screwup.

At this point I'm ready to accept tomorrow these tires will get a 3rd attempt for delivery to Austin, and will obviously not be accepted. In all likelyhood they will begin their journey back to EdgeRacing Thursday the 16th.

With luck they will arrive at Edge Racing on Tuesday the 21st.

If and when this happens I will protest having the same beat to shit tires sent back to me. They will perhaps ship me out another set on the 22nd.

If all goes well I might see my tires on Monday the 27th. Exactly ONE MONTH after I actually purchased them.

Well I just finished talking with the manager at ER.

He is refunding the money I had paid for shipping, and has requested when I have tire needs again to please give them a second try.

UPS made its third attempt to deliver today to my old Austin appartment. I was counting on this.

I had Kristin type up a letter and email it to the office at the appartment complex. They printed it and taped it to my door. The letter explained the situation in great detail and how to fix it.

Pakages are now onroute to home :)

Just wanted to make one final note.

Both packages of 2 tires each arrived. One on the 16th, other on the 17th.

Alex @ Edgeracing did refund my shipping in full upon request.

I will give them a chance to do a better job when I am seeking tires again.
