E30PartsGuy - Scammed Again!
Folks:
I have to make a public apology to Mr. Lam.
The merchandise was shipped on the 21st of March and
arrived today March 26th.
Any purchaser needs timely updates to promised ship dates
and to respond to communications in a timely manner.

No, Bo has not blocked your calls.
I tried calling him to see what was up lately with his situation, it seems as if his phone is no longer in service (he would have no reason to block me).
I live like 45 mins away from him and will have to touch base when I'm in the area; not sure what he's up to now.
My best advice to you is to file a paypal claim to refund your money, from what I remember Bo doesn't own a computer and is more of an old school guy.
Unfortunate to hear this happen.
edit: you mentioned you "recently bought" and later mentioned it's "been 2 months" since payment; last time I checked you are ineligible to file a claim after 45 days..yikes.Last edited by RUFFLZ; 03-22-2014, 08:28 AM.Leave a comment:

e30partsguy scamming?
I have recently bought two front seats heated from Bao and he has yet to send me the seats. It has been 2 months since I have paid him and yet no email or private message or text. I have been able to call him once between January and now. Today I tried to call him and I was greeted with a message that stated that by the subscribers request it did not receive incoming calls. I tried another phone and the call went through which means he blocked my phone number. I am not 100% he is scamming me because when I talked to him through the phone he seemed like a nice guy but who knows...Leave a comment:

Thread crapping is against the rules. There is a reason for this transaction feedback forum.Leave a comment:

No. The reason there is a transaction feedback section and is for public knowledge. It does not need to be posted in every thread a person makes, and would be viewed as thread crapping and be dealt with accordingly. Everything is documented here and that is good enough.Leave a comment:

Good news. I suggest in the future whenever you see his ads you remind others of your terrible experience so others will not have to go through what you went through. Poor customer service should be kept public knowledge.Leave a comment:

Thanks trent! He has until the 14th to reply. Then paypal is going to refund my funds. I have sent him countless emails just asking for a simple status update. I've probable spent over 50k on paypal and this is the first transaction ever where I've had a bad experience. It sucks it came from r3v.Leave a comment:

PRF3CT--You are very much correct being bothered by one week of no contact from your seller in my opinion. Today I received a postal money order from a buyer in Indiana for a 320i sport steering wheel. My buyer called me on the second of March and committed to buying my wheel and as requested called my the next day telling me the money order was sent on the third. While waiting until the check arrived today I packaged the wheel for shipping. The check arrived today at about 1 pm and about 3pm I sent out my wheel from my local post office. As I ALWAYS do after shipping I went out sat in my 2002 and called the buyer. As I requested the buyer put his phone number on the back of the envelope containing the money order for quick, easy access. No answer so I left a message containing the tracking number and the day the wheel should arrive in Indiana. I also encouraged the buyer to let me know when the box arrives in Indiana. I also again requested he review his buying experience with me on mye28.com after he receives it. My point is this----I know MANY of you guys who use the internet think selling without paypal is insane! I also see plenty of unhappy buyers of items stating their unhappiness with sellers that they have never spoken to. People if you type less and start a dialog with one another there would be fewer unhappy buyers. I sell on about 4 sites and have NEVER had an unhappy buyer-and NEVER a bad transaction review. Yes---on the phone I have chosen not to sell to potential buyers sometimes because I got a bad feeling from our conversation. Yes I regularly get stupid, childish postings on my threads from those who are afraid I will drain their bank account or somehow steal their credit cards but thats ok. My reputation is more important than fast sales. ----- If every seller kept in CLOSE contact with their buyers as payment arrives by paypal, or money orders or bitcoin or whatever method and shipped within 24 hours as I almost always do there would be less negativity on these sites. PRF3CT-- Your experience with your seller unfortunatly is all to common and no one should have to put up with this crap. Good luck with this transaction.----- I had trouble collecting payment from a buyer of mine recently in Colorado that I stupidly trusted and sent parts to him before payment arrived and discovered that calling him about every hour or 2 starting at 11pm right through until 7am did the trick. I got paid. Just called -let the phone ring and ring and then hung up. I am NOT suggesting you however do this. This guy in Colorado will be getting nasty comments on his ads/threads for a long time. Again good luck and may all your future buying and selling be easy and without angst.Leave a comment:
