I know e30partsguy personally, Ive purchased from him at least 10 times and sold to him numerous times over the last year or two. Hes a stand up guy, always has been with me and has been beyond helpful with any question Ive had. Im guessing something is just mixed up here as this is not in his nature at all. I can reach out to him if you dont have any contact info other than r3v PM'ing. A week is a long time without correspondence from a seller, but I highly doubt Bo would scam anyone. I hope this gets resolved soon and you get an answer promptly.

I can almost guarantee Bo will not scam you. Please be a little patient with your parts arriving before you post things like this. He is a good guy.

I've bought from Bo and he always shipped right away. Big items sometimes take time. Nonetheless, communication is always key, on both ends.

well I submitted a dispute. He messaged me and said it would ship, but then he never said anything else. I am honestly not one to dispute anything or be impatient, but 257$ is allot of money to not ship an item.

He should set your expectation. By this I mean if I sold you a crack free dash I would know that wrapping and packing an item of this size is going to be a real bitch because of the size and akwardness of the item. I would immediately tell you its going to be a week or so just for me to get the box made or make one myself and then source the packing materials.

That way you would know going into the transaction that I could not pull a box of this size and dimension out of my ass.

I typically give sellers 2 weeks to make it happen. I am used to waiting for sellers in China to get shit to me so 2 weeks it pretty much the time it takes.

Then if I feel (after 2 weeks) that shit is going south I still have at least 2 weeks to file that Paypal Dispute and recoup my funds.

i had the same panic attack with bo on a bumper. he didn't respond for like a week after i sent payment. turns out he was just finding a box to ship it in. bumper showed up in perfect shape, just took a little bit. if you've ever had to ship something that big you know its a huge pain in the ass. have a little more patience

PRF3CT--You are very much correct being bothered by one week of no contact from your seller in my opinion. Today I received a postal money order from a buyer in Indiana for a 320i sport steering wheel. My buyer called me on the second of March and committed to buying my wheel and as requested called my the next day telling me the money order was sent on the third. While waiting until the check arrived today I packaged the wheel for shipping. The check arrived today at about 1 pm and about 3pm I sent out my wheel from my local post office. As I ALWAYS do after shipping I went out sat in my 2002 and called the buyer. As I requested the buyer put his phone number on the back of the envelope containing the money order for quick, easy access. No answer so I left a message containing the tracking number and the day the wheel should arrive in Indiana. I also encouraged the buyer to let me know when the box arrives in Indiana. I also again requested he review his buying experience with me on mye28.com after he receives it. My point is this----I know MANY of you guys who use the internet think selling without paypal is insane! I also see plenty of unhappy buyers of items stating their unhappiness with sellers that they have never spoken to. People if you type less and start a dialog with one another there would be fewer unhappy buyers. I sell on about 4 sites and have NEVER had an unhappy buyer-and NEVER a bad transaction review. Yes---on the phone I have chosen not to sell to potential buyers sometimes because I got a bad feeling from our conversation. Yes I regularly get stupid, childish postings on my threads from those who are afraid I will drain their bank account or somehow steal their credit cards but thats ok. My reputation is more important than fast sales. ----- If every seller kept in CLOSE contact with their buyers as payment arrives by paypal, or money orders or bitcoin or whatever method and shipped within 24 hours as I almost always do there would be less negativity on these sites. PRF3CT-- Your experience with your seller unfortunatly is all to common and no one should have to put up with this crap. Good luck with this transaction.----- I had trouble collecting payment from a buyer of mine recently in Colorado that I stupidly trusted and sent parts to him before payment arrived and discovered that calling him about every hour or 2 starting at 11pm right through until 7am did the trick. I got paid. Just called -let the phone ring and ring and then hung up. I am NOT suggesting you however do this. This guy in Colorado will be getting nasty comments on his ads/threads for a long time. Again good luck and may all your future buying and selling be easy and without angst.

Thanks trent! He has until the 14th to reply. Then paypal is going to refund my funds. I have sent him countless emails just asking for a simple status update. I've probable spent over 50k on paypal and this is the first transaction ever where I've had a bad experience. It sucks it came from r3v.

Good news. I suggest in the future whenever you see his ads you remind others of your terrible experience so others will not have to go through what you went through. Poor customer service should be kept public knowledge.

No. The reason there is a transaction feedback section and is for public knowledge. It does not need to be posted in every thread a person makes, and would be viewed as thread crapping and be dealt with accordingly. Everything is documented here and that is good enough.

Thread crapping is against the rules. There is a reason for this transaction feedback forum.

                                e30partsguy scamming?

I have recently bought two front seats heated from Bao and he has yet to send me the seats. It has been 2 months since I have paid him and yet no email or private message or text. I have been able to call him once between January and now. Today I tried to call him and I was greeted with a message that stated that by the subscribers request it did not receive incoming calls. I tried another phone and the call went through which means he blocked my phone number. I am not 100% he is scamming me because when I talked to him through the phone he seemed like a nice guy but who knows...
