Thanks Jason. Honestly at this point as long as paypal gets my money back that's all I care about. Will know in 2 days.

And to think i almost got that check panel, but you got it first (kinda)

I tried getting a couple other parts off of him before he went dark, but no response.

          sorry for your luck

Not a peep from him so PayPal decided in my favor. Should have my money back by the 2nd.

                Hi Everyone,

Now that my networks have launched, I have the time necessary to respond to this debacle. Long story short, the intensity of my workload for the past two months became so overwhelming that any personal communication/responsibilities were near impossible and I have subsequently amassed a giant backlog of emails and personal work that I am only now beginning to address.

In regards to my "activity" shown in the site logs, any activity logged from 8/26/14 through 10/1/14 was nothing more than me unintentionally clicking on my r3v bookmark while I was working. The only exception is a pair of PMs I sent to FLG on 9/4/14, otherwise I have not been active at all, in any capacity, during that time, until today.

On 9/28/14 I logged into my paypal account for the first time since receiving payment from both whodwho and FLG, and in response to their valid claims, approved full refunds for their purchases. Paypal did not make any judgment or forced refund.

                In regards to each case:

For WhodWho: I received payment and mailed his package 5 days later (out of town over the weekend), along with providing him the tracking number for USPS Priority Mail. USPS lost the package and a week later both he and myself filed separate claims with USPS to recover the package or be refunded for the secured amount of the package. Shortly after this event is when my workload became overwhelming and since then I've been MIA.

For FLG: it was simply bad timing and inexcusable lack of communication. When his payment was received, the items were packaged and ready to be mailed, which also coincided with the start of my intense workload. I did attempt to mail the package out a week later which did not occur. Since then I have been MIA.

In 7+ years on R3v I have been prompt in paying and selling, I have never and will never steal from members of this community, it has happened to me before and I know how shitty it is. I cannot apologize enough for my complete lack of communication and responsibility in this matter, it will not happen again.

                Thanks,
                Brody

                  Positive review.......

Ordered parts on the 7th, tracking number was sent the next day - USPS tracking show it was shipped on the 8th. Received it on the 10th.

All is good. Sometimes people get busy.

I'd also like to add that he did reply back to my PM and explained what was all going on.

Yep people get busy. A month is inexcusable for such items. But it is what it is, shitty luck for me as I really wanted the check panel to gift to my gf.
