I traded Mike a set of headers for his NOS kit he had for sale a while back. through emails and messages on yahoo he told me he was Navy and was on a deployment. Basically he BS'd me. I've never recieved anything from him, but he has my headers. Now I try to find him and he doesn't answer any messages. So.... I did some searching to find his home phone number linked to the address on his paypal. An old lady answers and claims she doesn't know him after asking me if I was in the Navy.... So... on to the next step.... I call the local Navy recruiting office since Mike claims to be a service member. They give me the local number to the Reserve unit there. He's not on any of their recall lists. He doesn't pop up in the guys Navy global registry either. Anyone give any help on this? I see that his last activity was yesterday. So... he's still alive. Every now and again I'll see him pop up on my yahoo. But of course he doesn't answer. So... guess next step is to call the Tulsa PD. We'll see......

we called the fbi and they went to his house...
i eventually got my money back

I've had unsuccessful dealings with him too. Basically he ended up backing out on a deal after I already purchased the replacement for what I was selling him. No huge loss on my end but I would certainly be cautious when dealing with him.

**edit, he actually just contacted me and is still willing to buy the items in issue. I'll update accordingly.

So I wake up this morning and log onto yahoo..... WOW!!!! 2 messages from Mike. He claims that at his work he did some naughty naughty no-no things and got in trouble. He says he'll make this good within the next 2 weeks. His mom has been checking his email for him. I guess she's been logging onto here also and seeing what parts she could get to put on his e30. Maybe onto myspace too to see what emo chicks she could pick up. I don't know why, but I told him he had 2 weeks to settle this. then its no holds barred.... my next point of contact WILL BE Tulsas finest..... and I don't mean KFC.

I swear that's the first thing that came to mind when he said Tulsa's finest. I'm craving that shit now....

Me and Max have dealt with the problem long ago. I paypaled him money that was owed. Many things led me to be late in payment None of which i want to discuss. Just know it is all right now!
