    rmeuropean mediocre

Usually I don't write things for the vendors but I will give an honest opinion.

    RMEUROPEAN

My car is currently in California and I am actually in Colorado. So I ordered my parts online so it could be shipped to California. So I am not there physically to check everything and my friend/mechanic has to check the item for me.

Price: 8/10 (6/10 if they lose something) they have some very good pricing on some of the items. Since they give you points for spending money 5% back it adds up when you spend more money.

Shipping: 10/10 if you guys are out in California, they have really fast shipping. I don't know anywhere else though

Customer Service: 3/10 Lost few items so I had to give em emails, 24 hour time to response. However they can't do anything much after 24 hours if you are missing something. Since the company is out in Colorado looks like supplier is in California they don't carry anything at their place it seems.

My experience was pretty good until their suppliers begin to lose some items. I have made 5 orders and spent about $650 over 2 month period time. For my 3rd order they forgot to send rotor bolts. Emailed the rep about missing piece but he/she wanted me to check the box if it was there. I asked my friend to check it but it wasn't there. I said screw it since it was only like 3 dollars. Come to think of it...I think they lost my badge grommet as well -_-. Anyway for the 4th order I specifically insisted that they check my order since they lost screws. So 4th order came out good. 5th order they forgot my blank key fob which was around $40. I talked to customer rep and he/she said you are basically on your own because it has been almost a month since the package was shipped. There is no way for him/her to check the supplier because it was scanned. Oh well it was my fault for checking the package so late even though these suppliers forgot to send my key fob. I am taking the bullets but anyone who wants to order it from them make sure you guys check your items and put a note "double check my stuff before sending it".

I will probably order it from somewhere little bit more dependable since I feel like I was just being so cheap.

    My Experience: 4.5/10

I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts from them...their shipping is great, and especially free over $65. I haven't had any missing items, but my one gripe with them is that sometimes they don't have parts that other places (ECS) have in stock....so now I usually buy everything from ECS

Yes their shipping is awesome for sure there is no denying about that.

As for missing parts I suppose it's always these small items that their suppliers are messing around with. They can be easy to left out if not paying attention.

That's not really an excuse though. You'd think that a big company like that could afford to go the extra mile.

Every item that I've shipped out to my customers has always been double checked (and even if I did make a mistake I owned up to it).

I never ordered from them but I can tell you other companies are the same. When you are working on your car you can't be waiting for weeks for the parts. Then when you call "where are my parts" they give you attitude and think something is wrong with you.
