I just purchased a euro bumper setup from him. As for contacting him and keeping me posted on progress, I have yet to find his equal. He informed me he was going on vacation, and contacted me immediately after his return. He even emailed photos of the packaged parts. And the packaging itself was a wonder. Every bolt and bracket were in individual zip-loc baggies. The front bumper euro plate holder was reinforced with a block of wood as to insure it's arrival.
