yan's a good guy, sounds like maybe he just got in a bit over his head. i agree with you, hes not a bad seller(nobody lost any money/goods over it) But i dont think its worth posting up in the feedback section as a "bad transaction." I think you should talk to Yan a little bit more, and maybe now that its been known to the world how you feel he'll be a little more apt to respond.

Just dont give up on the guy, he does have a pretty good hook-up in Germany.......
