Response: Fast response to my messages, but made up a hole bunch of bull saying that he couldnt ship them becuase he worked 40+ a week...which just about everybody does...

Refund - After the month of waiting on him (being Very Patient) i finally asked for a refund, he gave me 815 the next day (Which was November 11th). The new year is not approaching, and i still have not recived a full refund.

You're right, i was thinking PayPal fees would be reimbursed, but that's only if a complaint is filed rather than getting it from the person directly.

yeah, he gave me 815, but i only got recived 790 total back, after that, he told me that he would give me the extra 35, which would equal out to 825, i gave him 850, so 825 would be the amount he would have recived...

he has also told me many times that he was going to give me the 35...so its no misunderstanding

If you paid with Paypal, he had the option to "refund payment" and all fees are refunded and you don't have to pay any Paypal fees on the refund.

This can be done within 60 days of the initial payment date. You can choose a full refund or a partial refund- and the fees are refunded either way.

took paypal for a set of rear e30 m3 springs. 65 dollars including shipping.

dicked around for 6 weeks and i filed a paypal grievance. i had my money refunded.
