Paid over a month ago, no sign of the headers, claims to have shipped yet never provided tracking #. Ignored my PM's as of late.

Getting a little impatient.

Well d00d said my shiz(oil cooler) was shipping out on 24th of may...still no sign of it...last contact made was on the 30th of may(this was also his last active date on the forums). This contact was a pm stating that he emailed the fed ex tracking number to me. I did not receive this email. I replied and told him this but got no responce. Tried email but again with no responce. Why a tracking number wasnt sent to me via the last pm I do not know. May be talking to paypal soon to get my money back.

I received this pm on 6-17-08 a day or 2 after filing the claim with paypal.
Tho I still havent received a tracking number I, once again, am assuming the item was shipped out.

OH MY GOODNESS! I AM SO SORRY!

This is Aarons Fiance'. He is deployed right now and isnt in the country. He left me instructions to ship the car part to you and i completly forgot! Its on its way tonight. I will make sure to give you the fed-ex number so you can see where the packege is! I AM SOOOOO SORRY.

Its hard enough just to get ahold of him. I replied to that pm in a stern but polite and understanding tone. And said that a traking number would be greatly appreciated. Yet still no reply. Time will tell.

Still no sign of the part. And no contact. I paid him on the 23rd of May. And the last I heard from him or his old lady was 2 days shy of a month ago. Even if he does get it shipped I'm not even at that address any more. I understand he is serving our country but reguarless of what one's job is one must be responsible and take care of one's shit!
Is this a bannable offence?
I sure think so.
