EuroDepot Problems- What to do?

So I ordered a pair of Lemforder Control arms for my 318is last week from eurodepot.

The price was great and I even called the guy on the phone to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Everything was cool, the guy was nice.


What arrived are Meyle control arms, NOT LEMFORDERS.

I called them on the phone and they said they could not honor their price and so I should either use the Meyles or send them back at my own expense.

What do you guys think they should do here?

That's completely ghetto. They need to pay the return shipping, and a CC dispute would most likely be resolved in your favor.

Talked to Nick, who I originally did my order through and he is making it o.k.

Basically they are getting UPS to drop ship them back and getting me lemforders for their cost, and I'm gonna pay the extra difference in price.

Im happy, thanks ED. Fix your website though, thats false advertising.
