Ebay venders to avoid?

Anyone ever deal with Roc_Ilan? He has some parts for E30's but I wasn't able to find anything on the forum about any ebay vendors to avoid? I was going to buy headers from him but wasn't sure of the quality of them.

I'm just worried that since there are a few posts on ebay of these headers that they are just garbage.

if you hunt a little harder and search the fourm, you can find them cheaper from another vendor on eBay. they come directly from china (the manufacture) for around $160 shipped and take about 3 weeks to hit your door if they are in stock.
