I have only used them once, but it definitely won't be the last. The live chat is very helpful, and they will even give you a small discount if you ask. Since they use FedEx, I think that most orders are delivered in two or three days.Eric Giles

I've been ordering tons of parts from these guys over the last year. Their website's fantastic: I can usually paste a part number from realoem.com into their search box and add it to my cart in 2 clicks. Nice usability.
My luck with them on the phone hasn't been so great, however. I've called once (and possibly twice) to get help finding a part their site didn't list. The guy took my number and said he'd call me back, but he never did.Comment
