Today’s cocktail is the “Old Fashioned,” which is often considered one of the “first” cocktails and was reportedly the name given to a Bourbon whiskey cocktail served in the 1880’s at the Pendennis Club, a gentleman’s club in Louisville, KY.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. blended Whiskey
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Bitters (such as blunt's spunk)
1 cherry
1 slice orange
Splash of Club Soda (optional)
