Very pleasant over repeated emails, quick responses, excellent prices and service. WILL be buying from him again as I cannot afford to buy everything from BMW and I love getting 'email' from Blunttech in my 'inbox'.

Just bought a nice little bit of parts from Blunt. I was accidentally sent the wrong cap and t-stat. I emailed Blunt the next morning and he responded in 9min! The replacements were at my door 3 days later. I have honestly never been so pleased with the customer service. I will never buy from anyone ever again if it isn't Blunt!

While my head was at the shop, I found out from my machinist that the valves I had ordered from Ireland Engineering were of a VERY pore quality, and should not be used in my motor.
This put the head work on hold. I Popped Blunt a quick email, and had my order in that day, and my parts the very next day!
                            Thanks for saving me again!
