Has anyone ever bought anything off of this member? I bought a clutck kit, oem Sachs, with the correct kit Part# for the e30m3 from him. When it arrived, it was a 325 kit. I emailed him and he said to send it back and he would send out the correct kit. I sent it back and he responded right away that he recieved it and that he was waiting on one of the parts to arrive. I waited a couple of days and emailed him again wondering where the kit was. He emailed back the next day and said the part they were waiting for had just arrived and when they get the kit together and ship it they will email me with the shipping info and return shipping refund. I was away for a few days, and when i got back i still had no email from him. Over the length of this process my ability to file a claim passed. I didn't think it was going to be an issue since the guy has an ebay store, 200+ sales of clutch kits and 97+% feedback. Now the SOB won't return emails or phone calls. I am pissed.

Does anyone know of this guy? I can give his name via pm if needed.

I know I should have filed a claim way earlier, I was to trusting. Lesson learned.
