One month after purchasing a set of smileys and grills from Ben Walsh on 7/5/19, I received items that were totally misrepresented by him. I filed a dispute with paypal and returned his items which cost me $100 in shipping expenses. As of 9/4/19, I'm still waiting on a refund from paypal.

I swear customs loves to roll their cars over packages. I had similar damage to packaging in recent transaction with a different seller. Thankfully for me, the seller was very honest, but we both learned from the experience. It's unlikely I will order fragile items from overseas again. Hope this gets resolved for you soon.

Thanks. Surprisingly, none of the contents got damaged but the seller failed to disclose the actual condition of the headlights.

I sent you plenty of photos beforehand of these exact lights. of which you agreed to purchase.

the light that is cracked and missing the back of i also sent an additional light to replace this. thus solving that issue. you didn't post a picture of that.

so you received 2 full lights and an additional single light to replace the cracked one and the grills.

you raised a paypal claim and said they wasn't as described even though these are the EXACT lights i sent you photos of and the grills too. i even sent you an additional one to replace the damaged one. When i replied to your paypal claim to explain further how these was not as described you didn't respond with any reasoning. i then asked for you to send photos showing how they are any different. again you wasn't able to do this.

and then i said i will happily give you your funds back but i will not be covering the shipping costs and you will only get the money back once i receive the lights back.

you said you paid postage to return them... i got a letter through the other day saying postage has not been paid, you need to pay the postal company £75 or the shipping company will return them to you.

Please show us the pictures you sent me. Also, I received two grills, a left and right side, which had a crack that you failed to disclose.
The spare light you sent was a non smiley low beam, which would not match the two Bosch/Hella smileys I paid for.
