Ok ladies and gents. I need help, I'm soooo lost and am $$$$ deep in trying to fix it....
So I bought this car from a local BMW enthusiast who is a friend and I trust and is the only person who can tune Miller in the state. He says it was running perfect prior to me having all these issues but looking for some ideas on what it can be.
It was on an emissions tune when I got it, and it blipped lean when cruising. It passed emissions and we switched to another non emissions tune and since then it has gotten progressively worse at idle...

S52 Swap
S50 OBD1 harness and 506 dme
S50 Intake Manifold
Miller Warchip
Miller 3" blow through MAF
Miller #60lb injectors
AR Design twinsroll turbo manifold setup
Precision 6266 turbo
Dual Tial 38mvs EWG
Tial Q BOV
So the car runs well not much hesitation or anything. The main problem now is the idle is pig rich pegged at 10.0afr. I am only getting .5X volt at idle from MAF and .68 volts at idle from TPS.
Car is throwing 1215 (maf) and 1222 (lambda correction codes)
Here's what has been done so far to fix the rich idle:
1. New Miller MAF - signal wire has perfect continuity to DME pin
2. New O2 sensor
3. New Coolant temp
4. New fuel pressure regulator and feed line gauge - 60psi of fuel press, was at 45psi with torn vac line and was the same issue
5. Replaced ICV hoses and epoxied in plug of s50 manifold (small leak when poked).
6. smoke/uv test - 0 leaks anywhere now
7. Charge pipe redone to allow for 6+ in. of 3" strait pipe before MAF.
8. Swapped DME's
9. New fuel pump and relay
Please help, any ideas or test i will happily entertain. I'm ready to light this car on fire and walk away...
