E30 s50 leaning out and stalling

brand new fuel pump and fuel filter, coil boots for the spark plugs are white.
When I jump the fuel pump and make it pump consistently I do not lean out, but it smells rich. Start it without doing that and it bounces around, smells lean, and dies. Need help with this issue because I need my e30 to drive :(:(

where do the e30 fuel pump power wires ground to? im getting voltage from them but no power if flowing through the pump through those wires.

fixed, was the relay, disregard my stupidity.

what relay. mine does the same.

the relay for the fuel pump, the blue one, swap the brown one and see
