Just wanted to make a post about an issued I had but resolved. I have a 1985 325e with a m50 out of a 93 e36 ran on a 413 red label. I wired in my c101 and had no spark no fuel and I thought maybe the c104 was an issue. Turns out don't need the c104 at all to get fuel or spark. So after hours of trouble shooting turns out pin 66 on the ecu (anti-theft) had to be grounded and I now have fuel and spark!

this is weird, on red label you don't have to touch pin66 because it is not getting the signal from on board computer anymore when swapped into e30 -
That is exactly what i was thinking. But come to find out i guess my red label does have some sort of ews or anti theft. This issue had me stuck for daysComment
