Had some horrible luck with 1 cylinder in my m50 swap being half compression. Retested with a bit of oil and came up so its the rings. By the time I tear down and replace all the stretch bolts I can buy a used s52 and have more horsepower.
Now to my question... it looks like I can use my m50 obd1 harness if I swap all the s52 obd2 sensors to the obd1 in my m50. Am I correct?
Beyond that I know I need a chip for the red label 413 or get a stand aline ecu to tune.
Just looking for advice before I make a deccision. 140k m50s are around 1500 to 2000 but fkr the extra power.... s52 would be nice
