I am getting code 1283 Fuel Injector Output Stage on my car. I double checked the wiring and all the connections look fine. I just bought another DME but is there anything else I should be checking? I couldnt really find any info on the code anywhere on the site.

Check the connector underneath the intake.
It's for the injector harness and both coolant temp sensors
edit: My bad I thought this was the m20 sub
Does the car run fine? Missing??

So it will start fine but idles high (1k warmed up) and sometimes if I rev it, it wont drop down back to 1k until I push the TB to close. When this happens after reving its usually comes down to about 1500rpm.
My replacement DME comes in today so Im hoping I can get out there and swap them to see if that helps.
No other codes are popping up.Comment

Swapped in another DME and it works great now!
Is there a service that refurbishes DMEs? Thinking I might want that done to the original one.Comment
