    fuel pump...

My fuel pump just died...and it had to happen 80 miles from home at 11:30pm. I did have an "extra" in the tank of my m42 2002 so my dad brought it down and I swapped at a gas station. But anyway the pump in it now is not healthy so I need to replace it ASAP as the car is my DD.

The pump I have been running is a stock 318is pump. I currently have an m50 in my e30 but will be swapping it for a s52 in about a month. So should I stick with the 318is pump or go for something a little more robust, like the walbro 255? Is that over kill or is the 318is pump to little?

Where is the best deal on any of the pumps?

The S52 isn't in yet?!?! My stock pump from the 318is works fine.
