    air Intake

I'd like to see what you guys have come up with for you air intake that keeps from pulling the hot engine air.
I want something that is clean and factory looking, not something that looks like a backyard job with a pair of metal cutters.

I've seen so many nice engine bays with the exception of the air intake portion.

If there is an actual "kit" that's availble please let me know.

    Thanks

I used the e34 box and it does give that Factory finished look. Cold ,clean air .

Here's my setup. Doesn't look stock, but works much better then just putting the filter on the HFM like before...

BTW AEM dryflow filters kick ass!!! :D

Its not going to be a dryflow when that coolant line is cut open by that sharp edge ;)

That edge on the heat shield is pretty dull, with a coat of paint on it. I've had that line set-up like that for 3 years with no problems. It has enough slcak to where it doesn't rub against that edge at all. Nice try though, better luck next time! :p

Will the e34 airbox fit with the ABS unit behind the drivers headlights?
