S52 OBD II Engine control relay

Getting my car all ready, hopefully will be running soon. Anyway once I turn the key on the Engine control module relay powers up. It is activated by the brown wire coming from pin 73 in the DME. Now my problem is that when I shut the key off the relay stays powered up. Question is how do I get the relay to deactivate when the key is turned off.

Any info you have would be a great help.

I think I figured it out, I had power going to the red/white wire in pin 8 of the X20. when I pulled the fuse I had it wired to it worked fine. However, i can post my wiring diagrams as well just for a little more public knowledge.
