    Help w/ wire identification

I just removed a M50 engine harness from a 95 325i automatic car and it looks like a misc 2 prong connector was accidentally cut off and I need help to ID what it went to so I can repair it.

The wire colors are Blue/White and Brown and were in a wire cover by themselves grouped with a the bundle of wires that were routed under the intake manifold.

Are you sure it is BL/W and not W/BL which I think is the connection to the oil level sender in the sump?

I thought the oil level sending wire was a 3 wire connector. At least that is what I remember when I did my M50 swap.

According to the e36 Bentley, if it's WHt/BLU ang BRN, they go to the Solenoid Valve (Running losses) (1995 only).
The WHT/BLU also connects to the RED/WHT wire on the Engine Control Module Relay. This same WHT/BLU connects to the WHT/BLU wire on the Delay Relay (1995 only).
It's on page ELE-76 of the e36 Bentley.

Crap. I'm at work now and don't have the Bentley with me. I don't think it's the vanos though. I'll have to wait until I get home to look it up.

Don't think so. According to the diagram, The Evap valve is BRN and RED/WHT.

I'm not sure what solenoid they're talking about. It's specific to the 1995 though. I have no idea what the Delay Relay is either.
