Would a vacum leak cause a cylinder to not fire at all.

No - probably spark or injector.

No fuel, swapped injector to see if that was the problem... Cant get fuel to stop leaking so i can start it. Anyone have any tips for reinstallation of fuel rail with pink top injectors.

Well I swapped injectors, now cylinder 3's header pipe is hot, but still runs like shit. Cylinder 3 still does not affect the car when unplugged.
