Where to get an O2 sensor?

My car has a M50 in it out of a 1994 325, called the local dealer for an O2 sensor and they quoted me something like $200.

Bavauto has them for $81....I assume they are the best source.

Dodge intrepid one works if you have the connector off your old one. Costs like 50$ at parts source.

I used a E34 525i o2 sensor it has a longer cable than a e36.

Unfortunately I got impatient and ordered one for a E36 325i manual from Pelican Parts. Wish I waited...the link you gave was $20 cheaper.

Is the longer cable necessary? Or will a stock one bolt into ebay headers?

I have mine pluged in after a Y pipe and I needed every inch of the harness. I think you would be fine with an e36 o2 sensor if you go into the OBD2 port on the ebay headers.

go to the dealer and get one for an auto e36. its the same just a different length wire on it i payed like under 60bucks for it....
