    Bad ignition cuttiing.

so i washed the engine bay yesterday. and on the way home i started getting a bad miss out of the engine, it feels like the key is off for like a a secound then back on. its really bad.

at idle its stalling and in first and scound gear it misses so hard it throws me into the seatbelt.

when i was washing it i did notice a little water get into the c101 plug, could this be the culprit?

    any other ideas?

as in with a plug in it? no, painted bay and block ftl. i dont think its the coils because it runs fine 99% of the time, but if i come to a light it will stall if i let it idle. but crusing its fine. and it revs fine. its really ****ing random and its pissing me off ha ha.

okay so on the drive home. the motor got reallllllllly bad. it took a shit load of work just to get into my development. couldnt get it to run well at all, the tach was bouncing all over the place, and i had to work to keep it running at stoplights. out of curiosty could it be one of the relays on the motor? i got an orange one and a white one left. the blue one took a shit and is on a switch now for the fuel pump havent had any problems with that since. i know one of those relays are for the o2 sensor (which i dont have, havent wired it back into the ecu yet (the sensor itself that is)). but dont know the other one.
another idea. could water possibly got under the cover for the coils and be causing problems? i ahd water get in there once and cause some misfireing on throttle but it went away after a few days. i really need some help here as shes may daily driver and i need it to get to work thanks guys.

remove the coils, dry them and blow out the plug wells with compressed air.

for the record i found that if i unplug the ecu for a sec it stops cutting out for about 20 min. could water in the coils/ wiring be causing the ECU to ogo into some kind of limp mode?
