fixed my cruise control. it was a faulty clutch switch. the switch itself does not work but funny thing is, when the clutch pedal is all the way up, it still doesn't even touch the switch. i'll get a new one and see. in the mean time, I shorted the connector to the switch so pin 9 will be able to see ground.
