Nah not yet. Im asking a vague question because Im at work and tested it on my lunch hour. Didnt have time or my diagrams at work to test it fully to find an answer.

I also posted my wiring layout here and lots of people commented on it so I was hoping they would also see this and comment.

Since this is such an oddity, and there is more than likely only one reason for this. I figured one of the guys that have swapped a few times has seen this before and would know right away what to check.

Im not incapable by any means, Im just asking for a few intelligent and thought out ideas from some hands on people while I was at work.

So yeah didnt get a chance to touch it tonight. Moved the racecar back from the storage garage into the main garage to work on it. Unplugging the relay for the night won out over trouble shooting when it went up against the racecar :D lol

I figured out your problem... Maybe... I saw something just like it anyways. When I connected my battery for the first time after finishing my swap I had the same issue. I remembered that when I had connected up my starter that the end of the solenoid turned a little bit. Well after troubleshooting a little while I finally gave up, got back under the car, and turned the end of the solenoid a little and plugged the battery cable back in, and the problem when away.
