Trans mounts

Ok, so I was under my car recently and I noticed that there seemed to be something a little bit off about my crossbrace...





I'm told the transmission sits off center like, 10 degrees, but I can't tell if its sitting in the correct position the way it is now, or if it needs to rotate one way or the other.

I'm guessing I could weld the flap thats sticking up closed, and maybe add some spacers to the other side until its sitting correctly?
