Whats up everyone i just recently a good e30 project. I sold my e30 last year and miss the hell out of it despite owning a e36 m3 its just not the same. Anyways i ended up with a 89 325is and a 95 525i(5 sp swap car). m50 is already pulled out as you can see and i already got e36 motor mount arms, e28 m5 mounts , e21 trans mounts. My questions are since this motor is out of 5 series what other odds and ends off a 3 series do i need? i've searched and i cant really find anything regarding a m50 out of a 5er. also im assuming the engine wiring harness is the same out of the 5 as a e36 3 correct? it was running a silver label 413 and i plan ews delete chipping it or running a red label. ill be using the trans thats attached to m50 ive been told this will bolt right up to the late e30 driveshaft? thanks for the help im glad to be back and im sure ill have many more questions check out some pics!
