    The E30 starter cable must have been removed with the engine. It is just a fat cable that connects the battery terminal on the firewall to the hot lug on the starter.
    Does it happen to have the fitting on it that acts as a battery terminal connection... with the screw that tightens it around the fat piece of metal? if so, it DEFINATELY went... since I had to go to auto store to purchase a new termal connector gizmo.

    Sounds good though, all wired up. Just needs some grounds, the o2 sensors plugged in, and motor oil. then first start!

      Yes, it had the fitting that acted as a battery terminal connection. :mrgreen:
