Anyone know the exact amount of oil that goes into the s50 with the e34 sump? is it the same as with the e36 sump, i know the standard s50 when in an e36 takes 7,5 litres.

Six US quarts, which is 5.7L. You may want to add another liter of oil if you plan on tracking the car. The oil pan does not control the oil that well under hard cornering, and adding up to an extra liter of motor oil decreases the risk to your engine.
