    Cel 1a

So the e30's spitting out cell 1a. I know its the control unit supply, but what does this mean? I don't have an e36 bentley's, its on the to do list but don't have it yet. The motor is a 95 m50 with a silver 413 running a ews delete stock chip from TRM. Thanks for any help

It usually means the battery is low or was disconnected. Drive around for 10-15 minutes and it should go away.

My swap did the same thing.

Um I've been driving on it for a year and a half. I think it my electric fan is drawing too much. I drove around for 10 or 15 like you said and turned the fan on and it came back up. Guess I need the bigger alternator... It doesn't die by the way, just flashes the CEL, so I'm guessing its just low enough to trigger it but not low enough to cause an issue. Its never died from lack of power... Thanks for the help, it pointed me in the right direction.
