due to a time crunch my exhaust setup is going to be halfassed for now.. I was wondering if anyone is running anything similar to hear how it sounds...

I have raceland headers, to dual straight pipes to a magnaflow... The second I get money I'm changing it.. It's super raspy and way too loud.

Your car is going to be ridiculously loud. Vibrant mufflers are really loud due to their free-flowing characteristics. I've been through numerous muffler/resonator combinations with my Vibrant that's always been at the end of the system.

You will need at least a resonator in the middle so you don't get pulled over every 5 minutes.

Here are 2 of my setups:

        1. 3" single > 26" Accelerator truck muffler > 3" piping > Vibrant muffler:

        2. (My current set-up) eBay headers > Flowmaster y-pipe > 2.5" piping > Borla XS muffler > 2.5" piping > Vibrant muffler:

I just ordered a vibrant resonator,

              http://www.sfxperformance.com/parts/VIB1141.htm

hopefully that will keep me out of trouble. I would have skimped and bought a cheapy off of summit for the time being, but it wasnt going to ship until the 21st if i did that... and I would like to be driving the car by then

1mz - idonno if you have bought something from me, but when you get your exhaust together, give me a call, I want to hear how loud it is in comparison to mine. Mine is wayyyy too loud. Oh and take a picture of the inlet hole when you get it, I want to see if it's straight through or if there is a baffle

no problem, it's probably going to be waaayyy too loud as well, but as long as its not 'pull me over' loud when im NOT driving like a dickhead, then it should be fine... I have to break the engine in first anyways.. should keep me in line for a few weeks anyways..
