Alright I've got nothing to do so I'll start a thread to document my work. I've never done anything like this before so it will be interesting to see how it turns out.
7/30/09:
Removed everything connected to the engine/transmission besides wiring stuff (started getting dark). All AC stuff was removed as well, and the PS reservoir as I will be running without power steering. All fluids drained. Cluster removed so I can put in the new one, but I need to figure out why the RPM's don't show up.
I am still waiting to find an engine crane I can borrow to pull the motor, so there won't be any more progress for at least a week.
