You cannot use OBD2 EMS. Technically, it could be possible with a lot of electrical work and some mechanical work, but for someone who is asking these types of questions, it is probably not a swap for you.
Racing headers would be fine. The E36 Ebay headers are commonly used on these swaps.
EC? Engine cover?
You will need a NonVanos valve cover, E36 motor mount ARMS, E28 535i rubber engine MOUNTS, and the E34 M50 525i oil pan, pickup, dipstick tube, and dipstick.
This to me indicates you really haven't done your research. However, you should be looking for a 1992 325i engine wiring harness and DME (402 or 403).
For an exhaust, you will probably have a difficult time fitting the S54 or S62 exhaust systems without serious modification. You are better off starting from scratch, or finding an exhaust from an E36.
