chip readrer/ eprom burner

I bought a spare S50 last month and it came with a silver 413 ews box. Well noticed it had been tampered with, low and behold when I opened it. It had a chip called AOA Tuning? No clue or never heard of it. Anyone want to play with it?

I plan to use a TMS or possibly a TRM chip so it's gonna collect dust.

Doesn't look like any AA chips I have seen before. Maybe it's an old Logo. Thanks for letting me know that.
