    Strange cold start stalling

I have a strange cold start issue that's come up in the past few days. When the engine is cold, I start the car, idle sits at about 1k rpms, and settles to around 700rpms or so in about 10-15 seconds. It sits at 700 for maybe 10 seconds or so, and then dies. The rpms don't dip or anything, no surging or anything like that, it just flat out dies. Once the engine heats up a bit, it runs totally fine.

I believe I have a small vacuum leak still, but not very big at all. I've got an s50 with 3.5inch HFM/lightweight flywheel and a tune for both.

I cleaned my ICV with a TON of brake cleaner recently.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Just because you cleaned the ICV does not guarantee that it works. i realize that there are a lot of posts on car forums about cleaning the ICV being the dog's bollocks. if the coil windings on the motor are bad then cleaning won't fix nothin'.
If you turn the ign key to "on" dash lights on, does the ICV buzz? If no, then no ICV.
You'll need to test the resistance between T1 and T2 and T1 and T3 iirc, and compare the resistance with the values of a good unit.

If its running fine when its warm but not when its cold. I don't think the ICV is that temperature dependent.

I would start with fuel pressure and a can of brake parts cleaner searching for vacuum leaks.
