Coolant leak possibly from coolant pipe

I just installed an S52 and got her started. I noticed I have a water leak that drips from the front side of the driver's side of the oil pan. The water temperature sensors and hoses appear to be leak free... I hope it isn't coming from the head gasket or block.

When I replaced all the seals, I replaced the o-rings on the water pipe (i'm not using the rubber spider hose). However, after I replaced the o-rings, I noticed that the fit was not as tight. On closer inspection, the o-rings are not as thick as the original ones and coolant did leak from the pipe. I bought o-rings from both the dealer and Pelican, they are both the same. I ended up reusing the older o-rings.

Has anyone else had water leaks after replacing these o-rings? If yes, what was your fix?
    Any suggestions are welcomed!

    Thanks

stopped leaking after first "hot" cycle, maybe mine just needed to heat and swell
