what options for heater core hoses?

i went through all my parts cars and came up with a set of hoses to the firewall, but unfortunately, they are connected backwards. the hose that comes out of the coolant port in the back of the engine will be fine because i can just swap it to the lower outlet on the heater core. unfortunately, a straight path to the upper outlet is impeded due to the intake manifold being in the way.

i was wondering what other members have done for the hose from under the intake manifold to the upper heater core outlet?

I slightly bent my outlets downwards. A bit dangerous but does solve the problem.

i bent mine down and towards the block just a tad... this task is WAY easier with the intake removed.... Also be very carefull, the hose will kink on the inside of the car very easily..

I didnt bend mine at all, running a S52 w/ metal coolant pipe, the one from the mateal pipe I made a hose using a s bend pipe that was cut and then joined together with a stainless coupler. Turned out perfect actually.

Here is the mess I made.
I used the Bypass kit so that I would not have hot coolant pissing on my legs.
Bypass hose is from E30 M3.
Goodyear 63393 for return hose with a Tee spliced in for bypass hose.
Dayco B70773 cut for Bypass valve for heater feed pipe.
          Heater core tubes bent down.
