anyone still making getrag 260 cross braces??

I pmed dougic and mattdk318i and haven't heard from either of them. Anyone making the modified crossbraces for the tranny when running stock getrag 260 with a s50?

I made my own, if you have a friend with a welder it is really not as hard as you think.

But then my G260 crapped out on me and I went with a ZF.

And Wade, i sold your shifter setup i got back from you to lof8 and he said the parts lined up perfectly? I was under the impression that you returned the parts because you were going with the ZF and the homeade trans brace wasnt working?

That's what I mean Matt, I never bagged on you. I meant I made my own trannsmission brace, then I went with a ZF. I remember you saying that the parts you sent me worked for someone else.

I even asked for HALF of the refund AND sent it on my own dime through UPS to your customer.

I still don't know why your shifter carrier and arm didn't work for me, they just looked elongated, not twisted in anyway to get the shifter out of "5th gear neutral"

I still dont have one. My tranny is running on one mount twisted 10 degrees over.

They're not done yet, he's going to weld the tabs in the middle of the picture to close off the top of the bracket he welded on, then probably drill a hole through it.
