Has anyone seen these jokers' youtube infomercials? They actually create multiple youtube accounts and spam comments with this shit:

Go eta go! The best part for me is that video was filmed locally, but, disappointingly, I haven't been able to find more info on who they are.

I don't understand. I filed a dispute/claim for nonshipment of item, which was the only option available to me during the filing process. It was also the truth as not only had I not received my item two weeks after they said they shipped it, but they failed to respond to my inquiries until I had initiated the dispute.

Or maybe I do understand - PayPal closed the claim because they received a notice of shipment on an unshipped item claim, which is all they require to wipe out the claim. Which makes sense for them, since they are a giant company who obviously cannot afford the time to truly care about specifics of interaction, and in the end, I did get what I paid for despite the laughably dubious actions on the part of Signature Motoring. I still regard PayPal with supreme contempt given their lack of concern or action against a company that violated their terms of service by threatening side lawsuits, but I'm sure they'll survive just fine without my patronage.

So be it. I made my "Beware!" threads and I'm moving on. Right now the box is buried underneath a few other boxes in storage, and when I feel like looking at it I might actually get around to installing it. Before I do, I plan on replacing the ITG filter with a smaller element so it has a better chance at fitting inside my cramped engine bay.

Maybe it is because you filed a claim that you "did not receive anything", not "I didn't receive what I bought"

Thanks man. Now I'm really laughing, because it didn't matter if I decided to keep the shield or send it back. Despite logging into PayPal and canceling the claim, I still received this:

It is good to know that despite reporting Signature Motoring's breach of their terms of service by attempting to get me to close the claim with the threat of a lawsuit, PayPal only cares that something was delivered and closed the claim. As I feared, Signature Motoring could have sent me a box full of wood shavings in order to weigh it down, and PayPal would have seen the delivery verification and considered the matter closed.

At least I know I was right to fear that PayPal's "protection" is utterly worthless, eclipsed only by the void of usefulness that is Signature Motoring.

Wow dude wild story! Sorry you had to go through so much BS to get that stupid box.

I agree with not showing it as much as it sucks.

    Cheers!

If I'm putting a quarter in my ass and playing myself by keeping this thing, there's no way I'm going to compound the self-clowning by showcasing their product. I'd like to attempt to avoid stuffing a whole roll up there.
